Location, actually Newton Ayclife, not Darlington, but i say Darlo because more people have heard of it, when I quote Co Durham, some people think its in Ireland because of the County of course, but thats to distinguish Durham city from the county, but we are in the north east of England, sandwiched between Northumberland & Yorkshire.
60 miles to the south is York, 60 miles to the west is Penrith & 30 miles to the north is Sunderland & Newcastle, with the Scottish border approxamatley 90 miles north.

We are a small family run company who supply fit & repair caravan motor movers to the trade and public, initially we were going to fit locally only, but we got so many enquiries from further afield that we decided to fit Powrtouch's due to their guarantee, within a 100 mile (ish) radius of us, further distances were possible upon request, but I now have an arrangement to have Powrtouch's fitted anywhere in mainland UK. I have been fitting motor movers for over 12 years now, We are rapidly becoming the number 1 Powrtouch dealer in the North of England due to our range of movers, our pricing policy and our care and professionalism in our fitting and customer care. Powrtouch have informed us that we have now achieved their coverted "significant partner" status. After a very succesful first 3 years in business in what was the dreaded credit crunch, we are now going into our fourth season in 2012 & expect to be even busier.
Most of the people selling motor movers do it as a sideline, i.e towbar suppliers, or caravan dealerships fitting on a new purchase, we are dedicated mover fitters, so much so that we have entered into a bulk purchase agreement for model 3's, so we will be much cheaper than most dealers , but most won't actually know much about the products they sell anyway, (have they stripped serviced & rebuilt any movers, we do it all the time.)they usually don't know how to select the right mover for the caravan, when I worked for one we regularly had to go to the salesmen & tell them that they had sold the wrong unit for that particular caravan & it wouldn't fit. We are dedicated to selling & fitting motor movers. I know of no other company totally dedicated to mover supply & fitting. We are a Powrtouch, Purpleline, Unipart & Truma registered distributor, initially selling the full range of motor movers from these top class companies. However due to experience we have narrowed the choice down to 2 companies,We now offer a choice of the Powrtouch range for quality, reliability & amazing 5 year no quibble guarantee, or Purpleline for quality, reliability & downright good value for money, they may be Chinese but they are very good, plus we offer pre used units when available.
The Powrproducts range has a 5 year no quibble manufacturers guarantee as standard, if it breaks down their own fitters come out to you very quickly, so even if I retired etc you guarantee is safe, all models come with cross actuation as standard. All new models will fit on caravans with shock absorbers. These units are without doubt our favourite movers & we highly recommend them, they are so good they now account for 70% of mover sales in the UK today.
Purpleline initially offered a 2 year parts only guarantee but the Enduro2 has turned out so reliable that they increased it to a 5 year parts guarantee.
